LINDEN, NJ – A motorcyclist died in Linden yesterday afternoon after colliding with a van and then with a light pole, according to NJ.com.
The accident happened on Route 1, near Willow Glade Road, just after 2:45 p.m.
The driver of a 2018 Kawasaki motorcycle collided with the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet van as the second driver was making a turn.
The motorcycle crashed into the van, then went off the roadway and collided with a pole. The victim, who was not publicly identified, died at the scene.
The Chevrolet’s driver was not harmed in the collision.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash at this time.
