PLAINFIELD, NJ – A 39-year-0ld man from Middlesex Borough was killed in a car accident early Tuesday morning, Plainfield police report.
In their press release, police state that the accident took place at the intersection of Clinton Avenue and West Fourth Street.
Authorities responded to the accident at about 4:51 a.m. and found the man suffering from life threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital for emergency treatment, where he died.
The victim has yet to be identified.
The Plainfield Police Traffic Unit continues to investigate.
