According to Daily Voice, the man was traveling west in a Chevrolet Cobalt on Straughns Mills Road. At about 2:20 p.m. the 22-year-old collided with a Ford F-450 going in the same direction near the I-295 interchange.
The victim, identified as Harrison Smith, was extricated from his vehicle. He was transported to a hospital in Pennsylvania where he received treatment for serious injuries.
The driver of the truck was injured and the passenger sustained injuries that were considered minor.
An investigation is ongoing.
