EDGEWATER, NJ – A Ridgefield Park man was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car at a gas station along Route 4 in Edgewater on Tuesday morning.
According to Daily Voice, the 64-year-old victim was at the BP on eastbound Route 4 near South Van Brunt Street when he was struck by a car at about 10:30 a.m.
Medics transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was treated for injuries that were considered non-life-threatening.
The driver, a 54-year-old Franklin Lakes man, remained at the scene. An investigation is ongoing and any charges are dependent on the conclusion.
