According to NJ.com, a UPS tractor-trailer driver was backing into a loading dock perpendicular to Route 206. The man was going north on Route 206 when he crashed his Dodge into the truck and got pinned underneath the larger vehicle.
Authorities removed the victim, identified as Richard Hamm of Andover Township, from his vehicle. He died from his injuries.
The tractor-trailer driver did not sustain any injuries.
Route 206 was closed in both directions for hours on Friday afternoon.
