GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ – A 24-year-old Woolwich Township driver lost his life after crashing his pickup truck into a Logan Township home last week.
The fatal accident was reported in the 700 block of Paulsboro Road at about 8:30 on December 28, according to Daily Voice. The victim, identified a Charron Jackson, was driving south when he crossed into the northbound lane to pass two other southbound vehicles. Jackson apparently lost control and his truck left the road, slamming into a utility pole, a tree, and, finally a residence.
Firefighters removed the trapped victim from his vehicle and he was transported to a local hospital. He succumbed to his injuries the following day.
