MANALAPAN, NJ (MONMOUTH COUNTY) – A man was killed after he was trapped in a house fire in Monmouth County this morning, according to NJ.com.
The blaze occurred at a house on Amberley Road at about 8:30 a.m.
A victim who has yet to be publicly identified became trapped in the residence and died as a result.
Following a preliminary review, officials believe that the fire was accidental.
The blaze remains under investigation by the Monmouth County Fire Marshal and Manalapan Police.
