CAMDEN, NJ – Westbound lanes were closed on the Ben Franklin Bridge on the New Jersey Side after a car accident on Wednesday afternoon.
According to 511 New Jersey, the crash happened on Interstate 676 west at the Ben Franklin Bridge at about 1:20 p.m. The crash was on the New Jersey side of the suspension bridge that crosses into Pennsylvania.
All westbound lanes were closed, however, traffic was routed through the eastbound lanes around the scene. Despite rerouting traffic, drivers were experiencing 15-minute delays.
