Jeep SUV crashes into former Paramus bank building

PARAMUS, NJ – The impact from a two-vehicle accident in Paramus sent a Jeep SUV into what used to be a bank building on Monday evening.

According to Daily Voice, the two vehicles crashed on South Fairview Avenue just outside the Rochelle Park border at about 8:30 p.m. The impact of the crash sent one of the involved vehicles, a white Jeep SUV, into the former Columbia Bank building.

The driver sustained minor injuries.

The crash damaged the handrail on the front of the building and the building inspector was called to check the stability of the structure.
