BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ – The identity of the victim of the five-vehicle accident on Tacony-Palmyra Bridge on Monday night has been released.
According to Daily Voice, 35-year-old Gerardo Francisco Perez Martinez was the driver of the Honda Civic that was struck head-on in the five-car crash at about at about 6:49 p.m. A collision in the eastbound lanes pushed a vehicle across the center lane into the Civic.
Martinez died at the scene.
Five other people involved in the crash were treated for injuries. None of them were considered life-threatening.
An investigation is ongoing.
