MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ – Police have released the identity of the motorcyclist killed in a multi-vehicle accident in Monmouth County over the weekend.
According to Nj.com, the motorcycle ridden by the 20-year-old Howell man was struck by a car while pulling out of the back of the Panera Bread on Route 9 at about 8:20 p.m.
The man, identified as Jonathan T. Giorgi, was thrown from his bike. He was pronounced dead while being transported to the Jersey Shore Medical Center at about 9:40 p.m.
The driver who struck the motorcycle was uninjured.
The crash remains under investigation.
