HARDING TOWNSHIP, NJ – A car accident closed two travel lanes on Interstate 287 in Harding Township on Monday afternoon, according to 511 New Jersey.
The crash happened in the southbound lanes of I-287 near Exit 33 for Harter Road just before 1 p.m.
The left two lanes were closed, confining southbound traffic around the crash scene to the two righthand lanes. Traffic was backed up as far as Route 124.
