BERGEN COUNTY, NJ – A bicyclist from Hawthorne was struck and injured by a hit-and-run driver on a Harrington Park road on Monday afternoon.
Daily Voice reports that the 68-year-old man was riding south on Livingston Street when he struck near Closter Road at about 1 p.m.
The victim was transported to Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center.
The vehicle that left the scene headed south on Livingston Street was described as a grey Hyundai Genesis.
An investigation is ongoing, and authorities are asking the public to pass along any information they might have.
