WAYNE, NJ – A Glenwood man rejected a plea deal calling for a 30-year prison term for a crash that killed three people last year in Wayne, according to PIX11.
The accused is Glenwood man Jason Vanderee, 30, who will be heading to trial after rejecting the deal. He is facing charges of death by auto while under the influence, vehicular homicide, and aggravated manslaughter.
Three people were killed on February 19, 2019, when Vanderee allegedly crashed into a car at a Delta gas station on Route 23 in Wayne.
The deceased are Jon Warbeck, 50, his son Luke Warbeck, 17, and Lovedeep Fatra, 22, an employee at the gas station.
