TOTOWA, NJ – A fuel spill and vehicle fire on Interstate 80 westbound caused blocked lanes and delays on Thursday afternoon, according to New Jersey 511.
The incident occurred around 4 p.m. near exit 55 for Union Boulevard.
The two righthand lanes of the westbound travel lanes were closed as emergency workers cleared the incident.
Drivers were advised to expect at least a 25-minute delay.
