According to Daily Voice, the minivan collided with a Hyundai sedan that was headed north on Buttonwood Street. When the sedan’s driver tried to cross Nottingham Way into the parking lot of Walmart, the two vehicles collided, sending the minivan into a tree.
The front-seat passenger of the minivan, a 30-year-old Trenton woman, was extricated by firefighters. She died at the scene.
The accident is still under investigation. Authorities are looking for witnesses as they gather information.
