BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, NJ – A morning crash on Interstate 78 caused extensive delays for commuters on Tuesday in Bridgewater Township.
According to 511 New Jersey, the crash happened in the westbound lanes near Exit 29 for Interstate 287 at about 8:09 a.m.
The left and center lanes of the westbound freeway were blocked because of the accident.
Drivers were warned of delays as long as 40 minutes in the area.
