OCEAN COUNTY, NJ – An elderly woman was killed when her vehicle ran off the roadway into a tree in Berkeley on Saturday morning.
According to NJ.com, the woman lost control of her vehicle on Bimin Drive at about 10 a.m. Her car left the road and careened into a utility pole and a mailbox before hitting a tree.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. She was identified as Nancy Reardin.
Authorities are still investigating.
