CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ – A drunk driver struck a fire truck when attempting to flee a single-vehicle crash on the Atlantic City Expressway on Wednesday.
According to NJ.com, the 27-year-old driver had been eastbound when he crashed in Winslow at about 1:30 a.m. When the man attempted to flee, he crashed his vehicle into a fire truck that was responding to his crash.
Sean Bradford was charged with DUI, reckless driving, and other offenses for hitting the fire truck. His 27-year-old passenger was charged for possessing a gun unlawfully.
The firefighters escaped the incident without injury.
