TOMS RIVER TOWNSHIP, NJ – According to 511NJ GSP, a crash took place on the Garden State Parkway NB in Toms River Township on Thursday night.
The crash was reported shortly after 10:00 p.m. just north of the Toms River Toll Plaza. The right shoulder was blocked following the incident.
