UNION COUNTY, NJ – All lanes were closed on Interstate 78 in Union County after a tractor-trailer crashed with several vehicles on Thursday morning.
According to RLS Media, the tractor-trailer crashed with another truck and more than one car in the westbound lanes near Exit 52 at about 5:30 a.m.
All freeway lanes were closed for cleanup, which including a fuel spill from one of the involved trucks.
No one suffered serious injuries in the accident.
The cause of the accident is believed to be Thursday morning’s inclement weather.
