COLTS NECK, NJ – A car overturned on Route 18 in Colts Neck during the winter weather the area was receiving on Monday, according to a local news story.
The car flipped all the way over and was lying on its roof when authorities arrived at the scene on Route 18.
The driver was not seriously injured.
