LAKEWOOD, NJ – A bus carrying more than 30 students was struck by a passenger vehicle which ran a stop sign in central Lakewood this morning, NJ.com reports. Fortunately, no one appears to have been injured.
The bus was transporting students Bais Faiga, a private religious school, when it was hit in the intersection of Clifton Avenue and 7th Street at approximately 9 a.m. Friday.
Police have not made any arrests yet, pending the results of their investigation.
This is the second bus accident to take place in Lakewood this week.
