According to WRNJradio.com, 19-year-old Akhil Louis-Jeane was driving a Volkswagon Passat early Sunday when police attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. Ahkil refused to pull over for a police vehicle using lights and siren at about 6:03 on Interstate 80 in Denville.
