PASSIAC, NJ- An apartment fire on Wednesday afternoon in Passaic caused potential injuries and prompted a fire department response, according to local media sources.

At approximately 3:30pm, officials responded to a four-alarm fire at an apartment in the area of 89 Main Street in Passaic. The building was evacuated and firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze before it spread to surrounding structures. It is not clear at this time if any injuries were reported.
