FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ – A 28-year-old man was killed in a collision on Route 27 late last night, according to NJ.com.
The accident occurred near Franklin Boulevard and Route 27 in Franklin Township, when a Ford F-150 pickup truck that was turning left collided with another vehicle operated by Rafaelo Peralta.
Emergency officials performed resuscitative measures on Peralta, a 28-year-old resident of New Brunswick, and he was then taken to the hospital. There, he died of his injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was not reported as hurt.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
