BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ – A 25-year-old woman died after her car crashed and caught fire on Interstate 295 in Burlington Township on Monday.
According to the Burlington County Times, the woman was headed south when her vehicle left the roadway and crashed into several trees near milepost 47 at about 4:20 a.m. The vehicle then went up in flames.
The victim, identified as Samantha Gregor of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, died at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved and no one else was inside the vehicle.
Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
