2 teens arrested in connection with Jan. fatal crash, racing cars

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ – Two teens are facing charges for the death of a passenger in a South Brunswick crash that happened on Jan. 20, 2021.

According to the Daily Voice, the fatal crash happened near South Brunswick as two teenage drivers were in a high-speed race. One of the drivers crashed into a vacant building, killing a passenger in his vehicle.

The victim was an 18-year-old South Brunswick woman.

On Feb. 16 both drivers were arrested. One male juvenile, 17, was charged with aggravated manslaughter, vehicular homicide, and aggravated assault. Another 18-year-old male was charged with vehicular homicide and aggravated assault.

The incident remains under investigation.
