NEW MILFORD, NJ – A multi-vehicle collision in New Milford caused by a driver’s medical episode sent two people to the hospital yesterday afternoon, according to the Daily Voice.
The collision happened on New Bridge Road at about 4:30 p.m., when a driver experienced a medical event, leading to a five-vehicle pileup.
A 32-year-old from Beverly, Mass., operating a Honda, and the driver of a Jeep, a 60-year-old Tenafly resident, were taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
The three other drivers refused treatment at the scene. They are a 52-year-old woman from New Milford operating a Toyota, a 48-year-old woman from Rutherford driving a BMW, and a 48-year-old woman from Tenafly who was driving a Nissan.
