PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ – 18-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash near the Monksville Reservoir in Ringwood over the weekend has been identified
According to Daily Voice, the victim was riding on Greenwood Lake Road when crashed near the Reservoir at about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Medics started CPR and worked on the victim while they waited for the medevac to arrive. However, his injuries were too severe. He was pronounced dead and the helicopter was canceled.
He was identified as Frank Powell from North Haledon, where he was a firefighter.
