17-year-old boy killed in rollover Millville crash

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, NJ – The passenger of a Honda Civic died last month after a single-vehicle rollover accident in Millville, according to NJ.com.

The 17-year-old died at the scene of the accident in the 500 block of South Wade Boulevard just before midnight on August 31. The 18-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle, it left the roadway and struck a utility pole and fire hydrant.

The victim was in the backseat. Three other occupants were also injured, including the driver and a 15-year-old girl who was airlifted from the scene.

Authorities are still investigating the fatal crash.
